Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.

Last updated: 2026. This policy covers vertex-media.co.uk and is written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

Who we are

Vertex ("we", "us") is the trading name of Vertex Media Solutions Ltd, a boutique ecommerce growth partnership. You can reach us at team@vertex-media.co.uk or 0113 873 0610.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email, website (optional), approximate budget, and your message. That submission is sent to our inbox via Resend, the email delivery service we use to receive enquiries; Resend processes the message content solely to deliver it to us and doesn't use it for any purpose of its own. We don't collect anything else about you through this site: there's no analytics or tracking pixel running on it, and no account or login system.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Cookies and third parties

This site doesn't set its own tracking or analytics cookies. It does load fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from a public CDN (cdnjs), which means your browser makes a direct request to those third-party servers when the page loads. That's standard practice for a site built this way, but worth being upfront about.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where we start working together, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we're using it. Email team@vertex-media.co.uk and we'll sort it out directly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes (for example, if we add analytics or a newsletter), we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
